The real deal or a total steal?
Friendly staff made breakfast enjoyable, and the rooms were immaculate and incredibly comfy! I'm especially grateful to Shelia for her hospitality and warmth during our stay. ,
Despite the inviting atmosphere, our experience was marred by parking difficulties and our room initially lacked essential amenities. We also dealt with complaints about noise that detracted from our sleep. ,

Nothing to complain about at all.

Outdated room features could use an upgrade!!! Limited TV channel selection leaves much to be desired!!! Poor shower water pressure is disappointing!!!

The room was super clean and quiet, plus the outdoor pool was a lovely way to unwind after a long day. Really appreciated the lovely gift bag with snacks waiting for me!
The bed wasn’t exactly a cloud; more like a slightly deflated balloon!

The Deluxe King room was really nice! The bed was super comfortable, and the pillows were great too. I loved how clean everything was—I mean, fresh linens and a tidy room made a big difference in my stay. Plus, we heard no noise even though we were near the elevator. Definitely a plus! The check-in and check-out were smooth. Can't go wrong with this place if you're looking for comfort!

missingWrote a review on Jul 27friendly staffconvenient locationdamaged bathroom doorconfusion over breakfastlimited parking
Great location with friendly staff, especially Claudia, who made our stay enjoyable. Breakfast was a hit with the kids, particularly the Texas-shaped waffles. However, the bathroom door in our room was damaged, and there was confusion about breakfast hours and availability of daily cleaning services. Parking was limited one evening, forcing us to park elsewhere.

The hotel had a nice, clean environment and the bed was super comfy. However, there were some maintenance issues and the breakfast could have been better. The staff, although friendly, appeared to be a bit overwhelmed at times. Overall, it’s a decent spot for a stay.

I enjoyed the renovation and cleanliness of the lobby and my room. The front desk staff was warm and personable, making check-in quick and friendly. The waffles at breakfast were a hit with my family, and I appreciated the breakfast area being tidy. The maintenance staff was attentive and quick to respond. However, I faced noise issues from the air conditioning unit and the constant dripping from the shower was a bit annoying. One ice machine was out of order, and finding ice became a hassle. I also noticed a lack of security measures in the parking lot, which made me uneasy after hearing about recent break-ins. It’s nice to have a pool, but more attention could be given to the guests’ safety.
